Taihe Mantou operates with the concept of a community-based bakery, focusing on investing in quality ingredients rather than extravagant packaging and decor, emphasizing sharing among residents. We carefully select local agricultural products from Yunlin and premium flour, continuing the traditional baking techniques of old dough. The labor-intensive and time-consuming process reflects our commitment to exchanging time for taste.
太和饅頭以社區型烘焙坊的概念經營,將成本回歸於食材,捨棄過多華麗的包裝與裝潢,取而代之的是居民間的分享。我們嚴選雲林在地農產品與優質麵粉,並延續傳統老麵的烘焙技術,以繁瑣且耗時的製作工法,以時間換取美味的堅持。以「用心做好每顆饅頭包子」為宗旨,提供最新鮮、健康的食物給大家。
